Nuno Felting How To

This scarf was made by cutting a piece of prefelt slightly smaller than the width and length of the habotai scarf. The prefelt is placed on top of the scarf stretching slightly to fit the width of the scarf. The scarf was felted with a sander, fulled by folding and dropping, and finished by rubbing on a glass washboard.

Materials: Ash Habotai Silk Scarf, White-Coal Silk-Infused Merino Wool Prefelt (16 1/2" x 70")

Finished size: ~ 12" x 62 1/2"
